How an agency engagement works

Four steps from brief to wrap. Built for agency producers who already have 30 vendors to herd. Dispatched out of our Dubai base — for venue specs and DCD documentation see Dubai-specific logistics.

  1. Brief

    Day 0

You send the deck (or just the one-line ask). We respond within 24h with availability, fit, content-rights position, and a feasibility note.

  2. Spec + SOW

    Week 1

Tech spec, safety packet, insurance certificate, BTS-rights position drafted into the SOW. Your client-risk team can pre-clear.

  3. Recce + integration

    Week 2 → show week

Site recce, run-of-show alignment, crew comms onboarding (Slack/Wrike/Asana). Choreography to your brand brief and content plan.

  4. Show + assets

    Show day

Performance windows, BTS capture per the SOW, deliverable handoff to your post team or content lead.

Frequently asked questions

Can you white-label or stay credit-invisible for our agency-of-record relationship?

Yes. We can be billed and credited as a sub-vendor, kept off the press deck, or named as a hero spec — your call. We default to whatever is in the SOW.

What does a typical agency engagement look like?

Brief in → 24h response with availability + feasibility, spec/SOW round, contract through your AOR, recce + DCD paperwork, mobilize, perform, deliver any agreed BTS / content rights. Project-based or retainer.

What about content rights and BTS footage?

Default: your client owns the campaign assets; we retain a usage license for our channels (case study, social BTS) unless you negotiate exclusivity. Buyout pricing and exclusivity windows are case-by-case in the SOW.

Can you brief alongside our other vendors and integrate with our show-caller workflow?

Yes. We slot into your production-team comms (Slack, Wrike, Asana — whatever you use) and integrate the Globe into your run-of-show, click track, and LX/AV cue list. One point of contact on our side handles all venue, safety, and crew coordination.

What's your insurance + DCD position so we can pre-clear with the client's risk team?

Public liability insurance covering the performance, certificate shareable in pre-production. DCD-ready safety documentation (structural, risk assessment, perimeter diagram) bundled with the SOW so your client risk team can pre-approve before contract signature.
