How a Dubai booking works

Four steps from first email to event/shoot day. Lead times tuned to Dubai-specific reality — faster turnaround for venues we already know, full recce for new sites.

  1. Brief

    Day 0

You send the venue, dates, and event/shoot type. We respond within 24h with availability, fit, and a feasibility note specific to your venue.

  2. Recce + paperwork

    Day 1–5

Site visit by our safety officer. We hand your venue ops team the DCD-ready safety packet, insurance certificate, and rigging plan.

  3. Mobilize + set up

Day 6–7 (known venues) · longer for new sites

Crane, sphere, and crew on site. Pre-event rehearsal. Choreography to your show flow, click track, or LX cue list.

  4. Show day

    Event day

Performance windows synced to your event flow. Strike same-day or next, depending on venue access.

Dubai-specific FAQ

Do you handle Civil Defence (DCD) approvals for Dubai venues?

We provide the safety documentation, structural calc sheets, insurance certificate, and risk assessment in DCD-ready format. The venue submits to DCD as part of their existing event clearance process; we attend pre-event meetings if requested. We don't apply on the venue's behalf.

What's the smallest Dubai venue you can fit into?

Minimum 15m × 15m × 12m clearance, crane access, and load-bearing ground or floor. Indoor venues need a ceiling of at least 12m and structural overhead capable of supporting a 4.5m steel sphere. We send a venue-fit checklist on inquiry.

What's the lead time for a Dubai booking?

5–7 days for known venues with confirmed crane access (Warehouse 4, Studio City soundstages, etc.). 2 weeks for new sites, including site recce. Outside the UAE, 2–4 weeks depending on travel.

Can you do a one-off shoot at a Dubai soundstage?

Yes — we work regularly at Studio City and Production City stages, including for commercials and music videos. Same paperwork as a public event but faster turnaround.

Do you carry public liability insurance valid in Dubai?

Yes. We provide the certificate naming the venue and event organizer as additional insureds, on request, before contract signature.
