Frequently asked questions

What's your lead time for a confirmed event date?

Festivals: 6+ weeks ideal, 3 weeks minimum if dates and venue are locked. Corporate: 3–4 weeks typical. Weddings: 4 weeks minimum, 2 if a slot is open. International travel adds 6+ weeks for freight and crew staging.

What space, power, and crane access do you need?

Minimum 15m × 15m × 12m clear footprint with crane access, level ground, and a 380V three-phase or generator-equivalent power feed. We share a one-page tech spec on inquiry that your venue can pre-approve.

What does the safety perimeter look like and how does it affect audience seating?

We supply a documented perimeter diagram showing exclusion zones, audience setback distance, and steward positions, designed so your seating or standing layout can be planned around it pre-event. Your venue's safety officer signs off the perimeter before the show.

Do you carry public liability insurance, and what are your coverage limits?

Yes — we carry public liability insurance covering the performance. Certificates of insurance are shared with your venue and sponsor risk teams during pre-production. Coverage limits are stated on the certificate and can be reviewed before contract signing.

What happens if weather forces a cancellation or postponement?

We agree a weather contingency in pre-production: a hold time, an alternate slot in your run-of-show, or a postponement to a defined backup date. The Globe is rated for outdoor performance within wind and weather thresholds documented in the rider; the safety officer makes the final call on the day in conjunction with your show caller.
